Technical Specifications

I. Product Name:high frequency surgical equipment

II. ★ Host and tip (electrode) are manufactured by the same manufacturer, domestically produced.

III. The manufacturer holds a High-tech Enterprise Certificate, and a copy must be provided.**

IV. Clinical Applications:

- Spinal disc procedures: cervical disc ablation/vaporization, intradiscal vaporization and drilling ablation for lumbar discs, lateral/posterior targeted decompression.

- Omnidirectional steerable targeted disc ablation.

- Minimally invasive treatment of posterior ramus spinal nerve pain.

- Unilateral biportal endoscopic (UBE) spinal surgery: disc decompression, etc.

- Transforaminal endoscopic (or discoscope) surgery: endoscopic vaporization, ablation, and hemostasis.

- Knee joint surgery: meniscectomy, intercondylar notchplasty, cartilage debridement, synovectomy, lateral retinacular release, ligament/tendon shrinkage.

- Shoulder joint surgery: subacromial decompression, frozen shoulder release, rotator cuff resection, bursectomy, labral tear debridement, tendon debridement.

- Wrist, elbow, and ankle surgery: triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) procedures, ligament/tendon thermocoagulation, arthroplasty, tendon drilling.

V. System Parameters

1.  Host interface: fully integrated full-touchscreen smart operation with LED liquid crystal display.

2.  Touchscreen interface simultaneously displays: two working modes – vaporization/cutting and ablation/coagulation; adjustable ablation timer; power ≤360W. Working gears adjustable from 1 to 9. Ablation timer adjustable from 1 to 9 seconds.

3.  ★ To achieve more precise surgical outcomes, the host must have two operating frequencies: vaporization/cutting output frequency ≥100KHz; coagulation/ablation output frequency ≥450KHz.

4.  During operation, the host interface accurately displays the power value required for clinical use.

5.  The host employs a fully intelligent digital control circuit and must have the following functions:

    - Display of working energy output status.

    - Full digital intelligent program control during ablation: when the optimal ablation state is reached, the host automatically adjusts impedance and energy output based on load feedback from the three-pole ablation tip, preventing over-treatment and temperature rise.

    - Gear-based power depth program control designed for hypertrophic tissue, ensuring better one-time ablation for hypertrophic tissue in various anatomical locations, reducing patient pain and costs associated with repeated treatments.

    - Automatic identification of four tissue types: blood, mucosa, interstitial tissue, and saline, with corresponding waveform and energy output. Coagulation uses pulsed waves to effectively prevent tissue adhesion and penetration, forming a coagulation layer ≤30dmm. Mucosal treatment uses high-intensity waves for rapid scar contraction, preventing deep penetration into the muscle layer. Interstitial ablation uses gentle intermittent waves for uniform diffusion and penetration while preventing adhesion. This achieves the fastest and safest treatment.

    - Various surgical tip recognition and protection functions: automatically outputs different power and time settings based on the inserted tip, minimizing the need for frequent power/time adjustments, making operation more convenient, rapid, and safe.

6.  Utilizes high-voltage reverse detection digital technology, allowing software to control hardware circuits such that a leakage current of 1UA corresponds to the ablation gear, ensuring safe ablation range and long-term treatment efficacy.

7.  Automatic detection of tip and accessory connection functionality.

8.  Automatic fault detection display and audible alarm.

9.  Dual footswitch control.

10. Treatment temperature: Low-temperature, minimally invasive, safe, and precise. Vaporization, drilling, ablation, and hemostasis are achieved within 40-70°C.

    - Ablation temperature: 40–53°C.

    - Hemostasis temperature: 40–58°C.

    - Cutting temperature: 40–70°C.

11. Host dimensions: 411 × 405 × 148 mm.

12. Electric shock protection: Class I, Type CF.

VI. Plasma Surgical Tip (Radiofrequency Electrode / Ablation Electrode) Performance Parameters

1.  ★ The tip has a separate registration certificate, and both single-use and reusable options are available.

2.  The tip incorporates patented technology.

3.  A steerable tip capable of reaching the target lesion is available.

4.  The tip is manufactured using state-of-the-art imported alloy titanium steel wear-resistant material and laser welding technology, ensuring it is not easily detached.

5.  The host automatically recognizes and controls the tip's usage count, power, and gear settings without requiring frequent adjustments.

6.  Wide variety of tips available, including steerable tips, cervical ablation tips, lumbar drilling and multifunctional ablation tips, tips specifically for cutting, ablation, and hemostasis in unilateral biportal endoscopic spinal surgery, and endoscopic vaporization, repair, and hemostasis tips.

VII. Power Requirements: 220V/50Hz.
